ASH Return Policy:
Our aim is to achieve a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. However, in case of any complain please call our ASH Helpline at +91-8929881034 / 1033 / 1032 / 1031 or email at housing@ardhsainik.com. After registration, it is suggested that you go through the project locations/prices of the as and when they are offered to you. For any reason if you do not wish to purchase a plot/unit in your preferred location or any other location of your choice at the time the ASH location is specified to you, the company shall return your registration fee of Rs.1000/- at the time of filing for refund application, in the account mentioned by you at the time of registration.
Website Access:
By accepting this policy, you also acknowledge that from time to time the ASH Service or its website may be inaccessible or inoperable for any reason, including, equipment malfunctions, periodic maintenance repairs, causes beyond the control of the ASH. Neither company nor any of its directors, employees, shareholders, affiliates, agents, representatives, third-party information providers, or licensors (collectively, " company parties") shall be liable for any damages of any kind, including, without limitation, compensatory, direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of data, income, or profit; or loss or damage to property, arising out of or in connection with the use of, or the inability to use, the site, the ash registration service, or the internet. Company’s liability shall be limited to providing you with a refund of the registration fee that is paid by you. Your sole and exclusive remedy hereunder shall be for you to cancel your registration and to terminate this agreement.
Login ID and details:
A login ID and password will be provided at the time of registration. You are solely responsible for any authorized or unauthorized access to your account by any person. You agree and accept responsibility for keeping all your account information current, including address, telephone number, e-mail address. You will comply with all laws applicable to your activities on the ASH website.
Information
The rights, obligations and dispute of the parties under, or pursuant to any clause/agreement, shall be governed by and be subject to Indian Law, and the rights, obligations and disputes of the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.

Ardh Sainik Housing shall update this privacy policy at its sole discretion.
